the Element of Summer

Thursday evenings, 7:30 pm
Harmonize the energy
of the body with the universal energy of the fire element
of summer, through a flowing series of movements
and postures founded in nature. Challenging practice,
yet accessible to all.

Friday Mornings,

‘Stretch, Strengthen, and Flow’
“Kripalu”-style yoga
class varies weekly, Begins with seated, guided meditation
and pranayama, and warm-ups, and may include any
and all of the following: seated and standing postures,
supine and prone postures, flow sequences, balancing
postures, and restorative sequences. Class is suitable
for all who are able to breathe, move their bodies,
and accept modifications/adjustments when necessary!

8-week sessions, $135 / 2 sessions for $235. 15%
discount for more than 1 student per family. Classes
may be used in any combination, and NEVER expire.
All mats, props, materials, water and snacks included.
