Culmination of Series, 1/2 Day Retreat: Metta: The Practice of Lovingkindness and Compassion with Chris Warner, CYT, M.Ed.

Metta is the ancient meditation practice of cultivating first, forgiveness for self and others, and then cultivating and practicing lovingkindness and compassion for self and for others, including working with ‘the enemy’—those with whom our relations are difficult, or who we believe have harmed us.
1/2 day retreat program will begin with ‘metta yoga,’ a practice designed to begin to open the body and warm the heart; forgiveness-enhancing activities; short break; metta instruction and formal practice.
