RATES: Adult drop-in, $15 • 5 classes, $65, 10 classes $110 (packages must be used within 4 months, and may be used by any member of the purchasing household) • 30 days, unlimited classes, $85
Full-time students, $10 drop-in, or 5 for $45, 10 for $85 (must be used within 4 months)
Young Yogis (14 and up) welcome in all classes, except Yin & Yang Yoga and Chakra Journey Yoga. Ages 12 to 14 welcome with parent.
KARMA classes offered to anyone with a desire to practice. Contact Chris for confidential arrangements.

Studio temperature is neutral unless noted as 'Warm' (app 78°) or 'Heated' (app 90°)
Monday
- No Monday Morning Classes for Summer 2010
- 7:30 pm: Ashtanga Mix w/Core Focus (warm/vigorous)
Tuesday
- 9:00 am: Yin & Yang Yoga (all levels)
- 7:30 pm: Candlelight Restore and Renew (all levels)
Wednesday
- 9:00 am: Morning Flow (moderate to vigorous)
- 5:30 pm: Evening Mix (form, flow, core & restore! All levels)
Thursday
- 9:00 am: Hatha Basics (all levels-suitable for beginners)
- 7:00 pm: Yin & Yang Flow (all levels)
Friday
- 9:00 am: Ashtanga (Intro to the primary series)
Saturday
- 8:30 am: Yoga-On-The-Lawn! (you will need your own mat for this class. All levels)
In case of unfavorable weather, class will be held in studio.
Sunday
- 7:30 am: Community Meditation, by donation*
- 8:30 am: Community Yoga Class, by donation *
* Community Meditation and Community Yoga Class NOT HELD first Sunday of each month.
* Donations of $5 and up, per student, per class.
