General Information

• Payment due at time of class or service.  Single classes and special offers are cash or check only;  class value packages may be purchased with a credit card.
• Timely arrival for yoga classes, please.  Honor yourself as well as your fellow students and your teachers.  No late arrivals to meditation.
• All classes are open to all practitioners, and modifications are available.
• New students, please arrive early to meet with the instructor, and to take care of registration and payment.
• Studio temperature is neutral, unless indicated as 'Warm' (app. 80 to 85°).
• Adult classes are 75 minutes, unless otherwise noted.
• Mats and towels are available, $1 rental fee, each (no charge for first class).  Students are encouraged to bring their own mats and towels.
• Restroom with full shower available for your convenience at West Boxford studio;  please provide your own towels.
