Our intention at Śānti Yoga and Wellness is to offer the gifts of yoga and meditation to all who desire them, cultivating strength of body, peace of mind, and freedom from suffering through mindful practice. We invite you to come along with us on this journey.
Community Meditation
Mindfulness Meditation practice, in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. Suitable for all—beginners are always welcome and encouraged. Sundays, 7:30-8:30 am (Does not meet first Sunday of the month).

A Bit of Budda
